The Growthly is a 2-month accelerator program built for aspiring founders who are serious about creating their own business and bringing new innovation into the world.

It is designed for individuals who believe they can build something meaningful, whether they already have a startup idea or simply have the ambition to create one.

Our mission is to make entrepreneurship accessible to everyone and help build a stronger generation of entrepreneurs across India, especially from places where opportunities are often limited but potential is unlimited.

This is not just an accelerator program. During these 2 months, participants learn every critical aspect of building a business, from idea validation, business models, market understanding, execution strategy, branding, legal structure, and growth planning.

More importantly, selected startups and businesses will also get the opportunity to receive equity funding of up to ₹1 crore to turn strong ideas into real ventures.

The Growthly is a 2-month hybrid accelerator program designed for aspiring entrepreneurs. It combines 1 month of online training with 1 month of free residential bootcamp. What makes us unique? Our leads, Shriram Pawar and Sneha Agarwal - are not just mentors; they are direct investors who will fund selected startups up to ₹1 Crore from their own capital. We are built for passionate founders.

No, there is no age barrier in entrepreneurship. If you have an idea worth building and the hunger to make it real, you can apply. Because entrepreneurship does not belong to a certain age - it belongs to those who dare to start.

This program is for anyone with a business idea - students, college dropouts, working professionals, homemakers, or graduates. If you can solve problems and have the passion to build something, you belong here. No formal degree required.

The application fee is ₹999 only. The entire program 1-month online and 1 month offline residential bootcamp is completely free - stay, food, and training all included. No hidden costs.

Selected startups receive direct funding up to ₹1 Crore from our leads — Shriram Pawar and Sneha Agarwal. Funding is not guaranteed for everyone; it depends on your idea, execution, and potential. The decision is made on Demo Day.

We do not take a fixed percentage. Equity is decided case-by-case based on:
• Your business potential and market size
• How much investment you need
• Scalability of your idea (local business vs high-growth startup)

You can apply as an individual or with a co-founder. If you apply alone and are selected, we can help you find co-founders during the program.

Month 1 (Online): 3 evenings per week (2 hours each). You can continue your job or college.
Month 2 (Offline): Full-time residential bootcamp (1 month). You need to be physically present.

The offline bootcamp will be at a residential center near Pune, Lonavala, or Navi Mumbai. The exact venue will be shared with selected participants. Stay and food will be provided free of cost.

If you are not selected, you will receive feedback on your application so you can understand the gaps and improve. You may reapply for the next cohort, but please note that reapplication is allowed only after 90 days.
